On 12 November 2021, his Excellency John Clint Williamson, Ambassador-Chairman of the Arbitral Tribunal for the Inter-Entity Boundary Line Dispute in the Brčko Area, and Michael Scanlan, First Deputy High Representative and Supervisor for the Brčko District and associates visited the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Mr. Mato Tadić, President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and his associates received on a working visit his Excellency, Ambassador Williamson and Mr. Scanlan.
President Tadić talked with Ambassador Williamson and Mr. Scanlan about the work and functioning of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as about the work and functioning of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the legal system of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Ambassador Williamson and Mr. Scanlan thanked for the reception, exchange of views and information they received from President Tadić during the visit. They emphasized the importance of the role of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the legal system of Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially in the protection of the constitutional and legal order in the Brčko District, and wished the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina successful continuation of work.
