Publishing
Within its publishing activity, as an important segment of the public character of the work of this institution, the Constitutional Court issues periodicals and monograph publications. In addition to being informative, such publications, to some extent, also contribute to the development of the rule of law, protection and promotion of the value and importance of human rights and fundamental freedoms and, thus, development of a democratic society in general. The Constitutional Court’s bulletin with selected decisions in the local languages is published periodically, annually or biannually. The Constitutional Court also sporadically publishes the bulletin in the English language, digest of the case law of the Constitutional Court (in the English language and the local languages), conference proceedings and specific publications of an informative and reporting character. All publications are also posted in electronic form on the website of the Constitutional Court.
