Attendees of the international seminar “European and International Criminal Law - Human Rights in Criminal Proceedings”, organised by the Faculty of Criminal Law, Criminology and Security Studies of the University in Sarajevo, being held in Sarajevo from 16 to 19 October 2017, have paid a visit today to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Upon a request of the Faculty of Criminal Law, Criminology and Security Studies, this visit was organised with an aim of introducing the attendees of the seminar with jurisdiction, organisation and work of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina through a dialogue.
Ms. Erda Zaciragic, Senior Legal Advisor to Judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH, gave a presentation on the constitutional position, functioning and organisation of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and also had a dialogue with the attendees of the seminar on that topic.
