President of the Supreme Judicial Council and Supreme Court of the State of Palestine paid a visit yesterday to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He was accompanied by the Ambassador of the State of Palestine in BiH, H.E. Riziq N.M. Nammourah with associates.
President Ali Mihnaa was received by the President of the Constitutional Court of BiH, Valerija Galic, Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of BiH, Seada Palavric, Judges of the Constitutional Court of BiH, Mato Tadic and Zlatko M. Knezevic, Secretary General of the Constitutional Court of BiH, Zdravko Djuricic and Registrar of the Constitutional Court of BiH Zvonko Mijan. During the discussion, the guests were presented the information on the constitutional position and functioning of the Constitutional Court of BiH and exchanged experiences in functioning of the legal systems of both countries.
