Her Excellency Zorica Bukinac, Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia to Bosnia and Herzegovina, has paid a visit to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina today.
The President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zlatko M. Knežević and received her Excellency Ambassador Bukinac.
President Knežević informed Ambassador Bukinac of the facts about the constitutional position, organization, composition and functioning of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the appellate and abstract jurisdiction and of the relevant information about the work of the Constitutional Court of BiH. They also talked about the position and role of the Constitutional Court of BiH in the constitutional law structure of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as about the importance of decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH in the legal system of Bosnia and Herzegovina. An emphasis was placed on a very successful cooperation between the Constitutional Court of BiH and the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia.
Ambassador Bukinac extended her gratitude for the reception, exchange of opinion and information she received during the visit.
