His Excellency Martin Pamer, Ambassador of the Republic of Austria in Bosnia and Herzegovina, paid a visit today to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
His Excellency Ambassador Pamer was received by Mr. Mirsad Ćeman, the President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Messrs. Mato Tadić and Zlatko M. Knežević, the Vice-Presidents of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina
President Ćeman presented the Ambassador with the facts on the constitutional position, organisation and functioning of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and its appellate and abstract review jurisdiction as well as relevant statistical facts on the work of the Constitutional Court of BiH. President Ćeman and Ambassador Pamer discussed, inter alia, the position of the Constitutional Court of BiH in the constitutional structure of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the importance of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
President Ćeman, Vice-Presidents Mato Tadić and Zlatko M. Knežević and Ambassador Pamer spoke of the upcoming bilateral working visit to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Austria by a Delegation of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and of the previously established cooperation between the two Courts.
Ambassador Pamer expressed his gratitude for the warm reception, exchange of opinions and information received during the visit and wished the Constitutional Court every success in its future work and its working visit to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Austria.
