On 21 and 22 November 2023, the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ) and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of North Macedonia held a conference. The Conference was held on the topic "Comprehensive and effective constitutional appeal as a means of increasing the legal protection of citizens" within the project "Promoting Constitutional Appeal as the most Important Tool of Protecting Fundamental Rights in North Macedonia". In addition, they also organized an in-house working session with representatives of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of North Macedonia and representatives of the constitutional courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia.
The delegation of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina consisted of the Vice- President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mirsad Ćeman and Senior Legal Adviser Franjo Dragičević. In the presentation on the history of the appeal in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the experience and results of the application so far, the members of the delegation of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina conveyed in detail the long-term experiences of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
