President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zlatko M. Knežević and Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mato Tadić are attending the Regional Conference on a topic “Contribution to Enhancement of the Rule of Law through Decisions of Constitutional Court concerning Abstract Control” being held in Belgrade from 8 to 10 October 2018. The Conference was an opportunity for an exchange of experiences with a view of enhancing the constitutional courts’ case-law concerning the relevant common issues significant for exercising and protecting civil rights guaranteed in the Constitution.
This International Conference is organised by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia and German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation - IRZ. The Judges of the Constitutional Courts of Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of Croatia, Republic of Macedonia, Republic of Slovenia and Republic of Serbia, including the experts of the German Foundation for Legal Cooperation are taking part in the work of the Conference.
Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mato Tadić is presenting his work on the topic of the Conference titled “Contribution to Enhancement of the Rule of Law through Decisions of the Constitutional Court concerning Abstract Control – the Case-Law of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.”
