Ms. Valerija Galić, President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Ms. Erda Začiragić, Head of Office of the President, were on a working visit to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg on the occasion of opening of the judicial year of the European Court. This event took place in Strasbourg on 26 January 2024 and it included a seminar on the topic Revisiting subsidiarity in the age of shared responsibility. Ms Síofra O’Leary, President of the European Court, opened the seminar. This was followed by the ceremony to mark the official opening of the judicial year.
During the visit, President Galić met with the President and judges of the European Court of Human Rights as well as other seminar participants and attendees at the ceremony and discussed current topics.
