The President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Valerija Galić, and the Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mirsad Ćeman attended the Regional Conference on the topic “Protection of the Right to Privacy” held in Budva, Montenegro, between 4 and 6 October 2023.
The Regional Conference was organised by the Constitutional Court of Montenegro in cooperation with the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ). The presidents and judges of the constitutional courts of Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Croatia, the Republic of Northern Macedonia and the Republic of Serbia, as well as experts from the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation, participated in the work of the Conference.
At the Conference, the President Galić presented her paper on the topic of the Conference with reference to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
