President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mirsad Ćeman is attending the International Conference being held on the occasion of marking the 56th anniversary of the Constitutional Court of Republic of Turkey in Ankara from 25 to 26 April 2018 on the topic „Evaluation of the First Five Years of Individual Application”.
The International Conference was organized by the Constitutional Court of Republic of Turkey. The Conference is attended by the President, Vice-President and Judges of the Constitutional Court of Republic of Turkey as well as by the Presidents and Vice-Presidents and Judges of the Constitutional/Supreme Courts and experts from a great number of countries.
The International Conference is organized through four sessions with the following topics: „Effects of the individual application judgments on the interpretation of the Constitution””, Effects of the individual application judgments on the judicial system”, “Effects of the judgments of the Constitutional Court on the judgments of the ECHR” and “General Evaluation and Statistics on the individual application judgments”. It also includes a special session in the form of the round table that was attended by the representatives of the constitutional/supreme courts of the guest countries on the topic “The Role of Constitutional Courts in Protection of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms”.
