The Judges of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Valerija Galić and Miodrag Simović are attending the Regional Conference being held in Budva from 23 and 25 May 2018 entitled “The Role of the Constitutional Court and Ordinary Courts in the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms – Joint Responsibility”.
This International Conference is organised by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Montenegro and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation, IRZ. Presidents and Judges of Constitutional Courts of Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of Croatia, Republic of Macedonia, Republic of Slovenia and Republic of Serbia as well as the experts of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation are all attending this Conference.
At the Conference, the Judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Valerija Galić, presented a paper on the topic of the Conference with review of the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina under the title “Interrelation between the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ordinary Courts in the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms”.
