Pursuant to Article VI(1) of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Article 98 (1)(a) and (2) of the Rules of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the term of office of the esteemed Vice-President and Judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH, Zlatko M. Knežević ended on 2 January 2023. The term of office of Judge of the Court ended on its own request due to retirement. During his term of office in the Constitutional Court of BiH, the esteemed Judge Knežević gave an exceptional contribution to the work of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. |
