Pursuant to Article 83 (1) of the Rules of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the 144th plenary session held on 30 May 2024, the Constitutional Court of BiH elected Judge Seada Palavrić as new President of the Constitutional Court of BiH. The term of office of a newly elected President of the Constitutional Court of BiH will commence on 1 June 2024.
With the election of a new President, the term of office of the current President Valerija Galić has ended.
At the same session, Judges Valerija Galić and Angelika Nußberger were elected as new Vice- Presidents of the Constitutional Court of BiH, pursuant to Article 86 of the Rules of the Constitutional Court of BiH. Their term of office will commence on 1 June 2024.
