Request of Mr. Denis Zvizdić, First Deputy Chair of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the time of filing, for a review of constitutionality Election Law of the Republika Srpska (Official Gazette of RS, 61/24).
The applicant has filed, based on Article 64 of the Rules of the Constitutional Court, a request for adoption of interim measure to have the Constitutional Court temporary render ineffective the Election Law of the Republika Srpska pending the adoption of the final decision of the Constitutional Court.
