Request of Mr. Denis Zvizdić (the Second Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH) for review of the constitutionality of Article 8 of the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republika Srpska. Request for adoption of an interim measure by which the Constitutional Court would suspend application of Article 8 of the Law on Amendments to the RS Criminal Code pending a final decision of the Constitutional Court on the request for constitutionality review.
Request of 14 Members of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted to the Constitutional Court for review of the constitutionality of Articles 208a, 208b and 280a, paragraph (2) of the contested law.
