Request of Mr. Denis Zvizdić (the Second Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH) for review of the constitutionality of Article 8 of the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republika Srpska. Request for adoption of an interim measure by which the Constitutional Court would suspend application of Article 8 of the Law on Amendments to the RS Criminal Code pending a final decision of the Constitutional Court on the request for constitutionality review.
