Judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mirsad Ceman, has been elected for the President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The term of office of the current President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Valerija Galic, ended by the election of Mirsad Ceman, Judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina as the President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Hercegovina.
Mato Tadic, Judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, (from among the members of the Croat people), Zlatko M. Knezevic, Judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (from among the members of the Serb people) and Margarita Tsatsa-Nikolovska, Judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (from among the members of the international judges) have been elected as the Vice-Presidents of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This ended the term of office of the current Vice-Presidents of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Judge Miodrag Simovic (from among the members of the Serb people), Judge Seada Palavric (from among the members of the Bosniac people) and Tudor Pantiru, Judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (from among the members of the international judges).
At the session, the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina also released from office the Secretary General of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Zdravko Djuricic, due to age-old retirement.
