On 18 April 2024, the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina held its 143rd electronic plenary session.
At this session, the Constitutional Court decided a large number of appeals related to violations of the right to a fair trial within a reasonable time.
The Constitutional Court adopted a number of decisions rejecting appeals on the basis of Article 18 of the Rules of the Constitutional Court, which prescribes various grounds for inadmissibility of appeals. The Constitutional Court adopted several decisions on termination of the proceedings.
In addition, the Constitutional Court decided certain administrative issues.
All decisions adopted at the plenary session will be delivered to the appellants within one month and published as soon as possible on the website of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
