President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been received by Mr. Mirsad Ćeman, President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
President Ćeman and President Kreso discussed, among other things, the work of these two courts, the position of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the constitutional and legal structure of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the importance and significance of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the legal system of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In that context, they discussed also the enforcement of court decisions, and the enforcement of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in general.
President Kreso voiced her approval over the exchange of opinions on the said issues and emphasized the significance of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the constitutional and legal system of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and its role in the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
