The delegation of the Court of the Jurisdictional Disputes of the Republic of Turkey, led by the President of the Court, Serdar Ȍzgüldür, paid a visit today to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a part of the study visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The delegation was received by the President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mirsad Ceman, together with the judges of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and associates.
Within the working visit to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the guests from Turkey were presented with the review of the constitutional position, organization and operations of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The meeting was also an occasion to exchange opinions on some particularities of the organization of the legal systems of both Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republic of Turkey.
On behalf of the delegation of the Court of the Jurisdictional Disputes of Republic of Turkey, President Serdar Ȍzgüldür expressed his gratitude for the working meeting, information the delegation received and discussions on the issues concerning the profession.
