His Excellency, Igor Kalabuhov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Bosnia and Herzegovina, visited the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 23 November 2021.
President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mato Tadić and his associates, received His Excellency Ambassador Kalabuhov in a working visit.
President Tadić and Ambassador Kalabuhov discussed the position of the Constitutional Court of BiH within the constitutional structure of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the significance of decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH in the legal system of Bosnia and Herzegovina. A particular attention was given to the obligation of their enforcement by the relevant authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. During the discussion, a reference was also made to a very successful cooperation between the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, as well as the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
Ambassador Kalabuhov expressed gratitude for the warm welcome, exchange of opinions and information received during the visit and wished the Constitutional Court of BiH success in its future work.
