Vedran Škobić, Minister of Justice of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH), and his associates visited the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina today.
Ms. Valerija Galić, President of the Constitutional Court of BiH, Mr. Mirsad Ćeman, Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of BiH, Ms. Sevima Sali-Terzić, Registrar of the Constitutional Court of BiH, and Ms. Erda Začiragić, Head of Office of the President of the Constitutional Court of BiH, welcomed the delegation of the FBiH Ministry of Justice for a working visit.
President Galić and Vice-President Ćeman presented facts about the constitutional position, jurisdiction, organisation and operation of the Constitutional Court of BiH under the present circumstances. At the meeting the participants discussed in particular the implementation of the decisions of the Constitutional Court from within the competence of the FBiH Ministry of Justice.
Minister Škobić expressed gratitude for the reception as well as the exchange of opinions and information received from the delegation of the Constitutional Court during the visit. The Minister hoped that the future work of the Constitutional Court be successful.
