His Excellency Dimitrios Papandreou, the Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic has paid a visit to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina today.
Ambassador Papandreou was welcomed by the President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zlatko M. Knežević.
President Knežević informed Ambassador Papandreou of the constitutional position, organisation and functioning of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Court's jurisdiction for appellate and abstract review and work of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. President Knežević and Ambassador Papandreou also talked about the position and role of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina within the constitutional structure of Bosnia and Herzegovina, significance of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the legal system of Bosnia and Herzegovina and importance of implementation of its decisions.
Ambassador Papandreou expressed his gratitude for the reception, exchange of views and information which President Knežević presented to him during the visit. He drew attention to the importance of the role of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the legal system of Bosnia and Herzegovina and wished a successful continuation of the mission of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
