On 18 November 2021, the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina signed a Memorandum on Cooperation with the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH).
President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mato Tadić and President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina Halil Lagumdžija signed the Memorandum at the Judicial Forum for Bosnia and Herzegovina held in Mostar.
The subject-matter of the Memorandum is establishing cooperation between the Constitutional Court of BiH and HJPC BiH on the issues of common interest.
Under the terms of this Memorandum, the Constitutional Court of BiH will take urgent action on the appeals lodged by the judicial office holders after adoption of decision in disciplinary proceedings before the HJCP BiH. On the other hand, the HJPC BiH will submit to the Constitutional Court of BiH requested information necessary for decision-making on the appeals, as a matter of priority.
