Upon invitation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Montenegro, Mirsad Ćeman, the President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina attended the promotion of the publication “Yearbook on Constitutional Law” held in Podgorica on 16 November 2016.
The promotion was organized by the publishers of the “Yearbook on Constitutional Law”, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Montenegro and German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation - IRZ.
The promotion was attended by the President of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro, Desanka Lopičić and Judges of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro as well as by the representatives of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation, Dr Stefan Pürner, Head of the Section for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia and Serbia and Dragana Radisavljevic, project-manager, presidents of the constitutional courts from the region and ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in the Republic of Montenegro, H.E. Hans Günther Mattern.
On this occasion, the President of the Constitutional Court, Mirsad Ćeman presented the constitutional law position, organisation and manner of operation of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as the experiences and results of the current cooperation of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation - IRZ.
