Please be informed that, pursuant to Article VI(1) of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Article 99 of the Rules of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Honorable International Judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mr. Giovanni Grasso’s term of office of a judge of this Court will end on 25 April 2020. He will turn 70 years of age on the said date, which is the age up until which the term of office of the judges of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is set to last.
The Honorable Judge Grasso has made an exceptional contribution to the work of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina during his term of office as a judge at the Constitutional Court.
