President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zlatko M. Knežević is attending the International Conference on the topic “Modern Constitutional Development: The Role of Constitutional Review in Constitutionalisation of Law”, marking the 25th anniversary of the Constitutional Court of Belarus, being held in Minsk, Belarus on 30 and 31 may 2019.
The conference is organised by the Constitutional Court of Belarus with the support of the Council of Europe and the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission).
At the conference, President Knežević has presented his paper on the topic “The Role of Constitutional Review in Constitutionalisation of Law - Actual Tendencies for Balkan States (A Short Case Study of Bosnia and Herzegovina)”.
President Knežević has met with a number of presidents and judges of the constitutional courts and other courts as well as with legal experts attending the Conference.
