President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zlatko M. Knežević and Judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Valerija Galić are attending and partaking in the work of the Regional Conference entitled „Separation of Powers and Checks and Balances-Independence of the Constitutional Courts“ being held in Podgorica, Montenegro from 5 to 7 June 2019.
The International Conference was organized by the Constitutional Court of Montenegro in cooperation with the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ). The presidents and judges of the constitutional courts of Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of Croatia, Republic of North Macedonia and Republic of Serbia as well as the experts of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation are partaking in the work of the Conference.
President Knežević presented his paper on the topic of the Conference with the review of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
