Mr. Mirsad Ćeman, President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, paid a working visit to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg on 29 January 2016.
On that occasion, President Ćeman attended the Solemn Hearing of the European Court of Human Rights, which was held to mark the opening of the Judicial Year of the European Court of Human Rights, and the Seminar organized on that occasion by the European Court of Human Rights titled “International and National Courts Confronting Large-Scale Violations of Human Rights” with two sub-topics: “Genocide, Crimes against Humanity and War Crimes” and “Terrorism”.
As part of this visit President Ćeman met with great many colleagues, Presidents of the Constitutional Courts of the Member States of the Council of Europe and Judges of the European Court of Human Rights whom with he discussed topical issues.
