President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mirsad Ćeman is attending the International Conference „Role of the Constitutional Court in Developing the Rule of Law – and Protecting Human Rights and Freedoms“ held in Budva from 19 to 21 December 2016.
International Conference is organized by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Montenegro and Council of Europe. The Conference is attended by the presidents and judges of the constitutional courts of Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of Croatia, Republic of Macedonia, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska as well as representatives of the Council of Europe. President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mirsad Ćeman, presented the paper „Rule of Law and Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms in Bosnia and Herzegovina – the role of the Constitutional Court of BiH“.
