President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mirsad Ćeman and Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mato Tadić are attending the Regional Conference entitled „ A Constitutional Protection of a Guaranteed Right to Property”, in Vrdnik at Fruška Gora from 11 to 13 October 2016 organized by the Constitutional Court of Serbia in cooperaiton with the German Foundation for the International Legal Cooperation IRZ.
The Conference is attended by the Presidents and Judges of the Constitutional Courts of the host of the Conference, Constitutional Court of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Croatia, a number of scholars as well as former judges of the Federal Constitutional Court of the Republic of Germany.
President Ćeman and Vice-President Tadić took active part in the work of the Conference. Vice-President Tadić has also presented his paper on the subject of the Conference entitled „Constitutional Protection of a Guaranteed Right to Property – case-law of the Constitutional court of Bosnia and Herzegovina”.
President Ćeman and Vice-President Tadić met with colleagues, judges of the constitutional courts of the region as well as other participants and used the opportunity to exchange opinions on the other current topics of the constitutional judiciary in the countries of the region as well.
