MARIN VUKOJA
Judge
Born in Široki Brijeg in 1973. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Mostar in 1998. He passed the professional qualifications exam for work in the civil service in 2000 and passed the bar exam in 2007. He passed the attorney's exam in 2010.
He worked in the Administrative and Professional Affairs Department of the Parliament of the West-Herzegovina Canton from 1998 until 2003. He first worked as an associate and then as the Head of the Department for Regulations and Legal Aid. He was the secretary of the West-Herzegovina Canton from 2003 until 2007. He was the secretary of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 2007 until 2015. He was the Secretary of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 2015 until 2024.
He was a lay judge of the Cantonal Court of the West-Herzegovina and a lay judge of the Municipal Court in Široki Brijeg. He was a member of the Municipal Election Commission in Široki Brijeg. He was a member of a Commission for Professional Qualifications Exam in the West-Herzegovina Canton (subject: Fundamentals of a Constitutional Order), as well as member of a Commission for Professional Qualifications Exam appointed by the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina (subject: Fundamentals of the Constitutional System of Bosnia and Herzegovina). He is an expert on the list of experts of the Civil Service Agency. He enrolled in postgraduate doctorate studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Mostar.
He took the office of judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in May 2024.
