The Judges of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ms. Valerija Galić and Miodrag Simović are participating in the work of the Regional Conference on „Prohibition of Discrimination in the Constitutional Jurisprudence”, which is held in Budva from 12 to 14 June 2017.
The Regional Conference was organized by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Montenegro and German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ). The Conference is attended by the presidents and judges of the Constitutional Courts of Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia and Serbia, and experts of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ). Judge Valerija Galić presented the paper on the subject of the Conference, including the constitutional jurisprudence in this field in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
