The High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt with his associates has paid a visit today to the Constitutional Court of Bosna and Herzegovina.
He was received by the President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Valerija Galić and Head of the Office of the President Erda Zaćiragić.
President Galić informed the High Representative Schmidt about the relevant data on the work and functioning of the Constitutional Court of BiH. They discussed the position and role of the Constitutional Court of BIH in the constitutional law structure of Bosnia and Herzegovina and importance of decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH in the legal system of Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as the importance of their implementation.
High Representative Schmidt thanked President Galić for the discussion and exchange of opinions and wished the Constitutional Court successful continuation of its work.
