The High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt with his associates, has paid a visit today to the Constitutional Court of Bosna and Herzegovina.
He was received by the President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mato Tadić and his associates.
President Tadić informed the High Representative Schmidt about the constitutional position, organisation, composition and functioning of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and relevant data on the work of the Constitutional Court of BiH.
President Tadić and High Representative Schmidt talked about the position and role of the Constitutional Court of BIH in the constitutional law structure of Bosnia and Herzegovina and importance of decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH in the legal system of Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as the importance of their implementation. An emphasis was placed on a very successful cooperation between the Constitutional Court of BiH and Office of the High Representative.
