Pursuant to Article VI(1) of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Article 99 of the Rules of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 15 August 2022, the term of office of the distinguished judge and former president of the Constitutional Court of BiH Mato Tadić ends, since he turned 70 on that day, and the term of office of a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH lasts until that age.
During his term of office in the Constitutional Court of BiH, the respected judge Mato Tadić gave an exceptional contribution to the work of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
