Upon invitation from the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria Pavlina Panova, President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Valerija Galić, Vice-Presidents of the Constitutional Court of BiH Mirsad Ćeman and Zlatko Knežević and Head of the Office of the President Erda Zaćiragić attended the Balkan Constitutional Courts Forum. The Forum was held on 27 October 2023 in Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria.
The topic of the Forum was “Countries' Experience with providing Citizens the Access to Constitutional Justice”. President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria Pavlina Panova opened the Forum. President Galić presented her paper applauding the work and goals of the Forum especially in the segment of establishing and safeguarding the rule of law in the Balkan region.
President Galić and Vice-Presidents Ćeman and Knežević met with presidents, vice-presidents, judges of the constitutional courts and other highest courts as well as legal experts attending the Forum. They used the opportunity to exchange opinions on the topic of the Forum and current issues of the constitutional judiciary.
