Request of the thirteen members of the House of the Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina for review of constitutionality of Article 4(1)(12) of the Rulebook on the Curriculum for Primary Upbringing and Education of the Republika Srpska (Official Gazette of the RS, 77/24) and Appendix no. 20 - Curriculum for the subject History for the 9th grade of primary school
The applicants also maintained their motion for the adoption of an interim measure and petitioned the Constitutional Court to order suspension of application of Article 4(1)(12) of the Rulebook and the Appendix.
