The Constitutional Court concludes that there has been no violation of the right under Article 1 of Protocol No. 12 to the European Convention in connection with the right to be elected under Article 13.7 of the Election Law in connection with Article 4.4 of the Election Law, where the appellant was allowed, in accordance with Article 4.4 of the Election Law, to register himself to participate as a candidate in the elections for the Municipal Mayor, where, in accordance with Article 13.7 of the Election Law, it was made possible for all voters registered in the Central Voters Register for the constituency of Srebrenica, without discrimination and under equal conditions, to elect a mayor in accordance with the Election Law.
